We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a static engineer to join the teams

Role:

This role is based on a commercial site in BS5 you will be responsible for site maintenance.

Role:

You will be responsible for a wide range of m & e maintenance works - ppm and reactive fault finding etc.
This role will be working on a large commercial site
Tasks could include emergency light testing fire alarms lamp changes basic plumbing hvac and fabric work
Youll enjoy working autonomously where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance fault finding and repair work. Ideally you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.

Person:

You must be electrically or hvac qualified and will hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent in electrical or hvac
You will have experience carrying out maintenance ppm and reactive maintenance works
You will ideally have good general knowledge of all round m&e fm maintenance
You will live locally and happy to commute to site daily
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills
You must be happy with a role working shifts 5 on and 2 off. Example - Week 1 working mon-thurs and sat Week 2 working tues-fri and sun. You must be happy with a role that involves this.

Base salary 40290
