Costing Analyst Food Production
We are currently supporting a large international food production and service business in their search for a Costing Analyst to join their growing team. The Role
This position plays a key role in supporting product costings menu management and billing accuracy across a high-volume food production operation. You will ensure all menu specification and costing data is accurate maintained and communicated effectively across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate food costings for menu and product production
- Build detailed cost models for product components to agreed specifications
- Maintain and update costing data pricing and product specifications
- Collate prepare and distribute approved menu and product information
- Support the menu presentation process including preparing pre-presentation costings and documentation
- Capture and record detailed product changes including recipe updates and weight amendments
- Assist with loading and billing data to support accurate documentation
- Work closely with internal teams and customers ensuring clear and professional communication
- Maintain accurate records and support documentation including product data and photography where required
About You
- Strong analytical and numerical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator comfortable working cross-functionally
- Organised proactive and able to manage multiple data streams
- Experience within food production costing specifications or data analysis is beneficial
