EN Food & Beverage Manager

Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box Then we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant bar and kitchen.
• Lead kitchen and F&B teams to ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness maintenance health & safety across all outlets.
• Liaise closely with Maintenance Front Office Housekeeping and Conference teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and guide F&B and Kitchen Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws hotel policies and SCPLH requirements.
• Implement Accor Vision Values and emergency communication protocols.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
• Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• Youre a strong team leader a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You have a solid understanding of local legal compliance requirements.
• You make people feel good - your team guests and colleagues alike.  You make a positive impact.
• You are an excellent relationship builder confident in working with other teams and leaders; youre passionate about what we can achieve together.
• You take ownership of important issues solve problems and make effective decisions
• Your humble and open to ideas.
• Youre up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once
