The Head of Activation leads the strategic development and execution of consumer-relevant marketing initiatives for Soap & Glory Liz Earle Botanics and Sleek in the UK & ROI across all consumer touchpoints.

12-month fixed-term contract

What youll be doing

You will head up Activation for Soap & Glory Liz Earle Botanics and Sleek across the UK & ROI reporting into the Global Activation Director. You will oversee a high-performing team to deliver consumer relevant data-driven plans to maximise UK & ROI brand performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic and annual planning in partnership with commercial counterparts

  • Initiative Planning & Marketing Execution across all consumer touchpoints

  • Retail & Partner Activation including joint business planning to maximise impact

  • Performance tracking in in real-time making data-led optimisations to drive engagement conversion and ROI.

  • Budget & Investment Management to maximise short and long-term impact of activity

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Integrated Activation Expertise with a track record of delivering cohesive multi-channel initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning skills to translate brand strategy into locally relevant insight-led activation plans.

  • Commercial Acumen with experience managing A&P budgets and contributing to joint business plans.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership in matrix environments collaborating with Centres of Expertise and agency partners.

  • Retailer & Stakeholder Engagement to align activation priorities with commercial and partner strategies.

  • Performance Measurement mindset using data and feedback to optimise execution and inform future planning.

  • Team Leadership with the ability to inspire and grow high-performing execution-focused teams.
