岗位职责:
1在EHS工程师的指导下独立支持相关部门的日常EHS管理包括但不限于相关部门涉及的EHS流程改进日常EHS检查和跟踪EHS培训和活动EHS相关改进项目的识别和实施等
2支持EHS经理完成常规的系统检查并根据需要提供改进建议
3了解最新的环保健康和安全相关的法律法规和标准
4维护和跟踪EHS审核数据库
5在组织内维护事故报告系统安全检查跟踪系统及废弃物处理流程
6协助完成组织内集团要求的事故报告安全及环境数据等的提交和跟踪
7协助团队开发和维护EHS相关的数字化运用平台
8完成经理指定的其它任务
背景/经验:
-本岗位要求良好的EHS意识
- 35年基层安全和环保管理经验
-熟悉MS office办公软件操作有相关Office365 Power BI/ Power Automate开发运用优先
-基本的英语读写能力能使用英语邮件进行交流
-良好的沟通能力
-工作需要的EHS法律法规知识
-对数据的基本分析能力
