As a Logistics Coordinator you will act as the vital link between our customers and freight carriers ensuring shipments are managed efficiently service expectations are exceeded and relationships are built on trust.

What Youll Be Doing:
Act as a liaison between customers and carriers to ensure smooth freight movement
Coordinate shipments across multiple modes including Full Truckload LTL Expedited Specialized and Over-Dimensional services
Provide accurate quotes schedule shipments and monitor freight status
Troubleshoot shipment issues and resolve problems quickly
Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure repeat business
Support the team in achieving service excellence and performance targets
What You Bring:
A positive CAN-DO attitude with strong communication skills
Minimum 2 years of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience
Knowledge of multiple modes of transportation (LTL Expedited Specialized Over-Dimensional)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent teamwork and team-building skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Completion of High School or equivalent
Post-secondary education in Logistics or Supply Chain is an asset
