Whatyoulldo
Provide friendly professional customer service by greeting visitors handling reception and responding to inquiries in person and by phone
Manage office and administrative tasksincluding preparing documentationandcorrespondencemaintainingfiling systems and updating customer records
Process mail payments and daily banking ensuring accuracy andtimelyhandling of customer transactions
Coordinate office operations by ordering supplies generatingreportsandsupporting district events
Proactively coordinateoffice needs to resolve issues before theyimpactoperations
Whatyoullbring to the team
Requiredqualifications:
A certificate in office administration or at least one year of related experience(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
General knowledge of administrative processes
Working knowledge of common software applicationsincluding Microsoft 365and comfort with computer-based tasks
Preferredqualifications:
Customer service experience ideally in a financiallawagriculturalor advisory setting
Bilingualism (English and French)
