Job Summary

We are seeking applications from yourtown team members with suitable experience to join our Employment Services team in Milton/Brisbane S.E. as a Virtual Workshop Facilitator.

As the Virtual Workshop Facilitator you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging work preparation workshops for participants in Employment Services. You will develop content that builds our members knowledge confidence and readiness to enter the working world.

As the Virtual Workshop Facilitator your day will include:

Designing and implementing work preparation workshops tailored to the varying needs and skills of young people delivered both face-to-face and virtually.
Creating and maintaining a national schedule of workshops including dates delivery modes and topics.
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop effectiveness.
Creating and sharing resources that support staff in assisting participants with their employment journey.
Reviewing and enhancing resource accessibility to ensure inclusive service delivery and compliance with national standards.
Adapting and redesigning resources to meet the needs of individuals with varying abilities backgrounds and learning styles.
Ensuring that the voices of young people are heard and reflected in the services and information provided maintaining the relevance and impact of workshop content.

what we are looking for

You have tertiary qualifications in Training and Assessment Coaching Human Resources or a related field supported by experience in a similar role.
Youre confident delivering workshops and facilitating group sessions for young people and you know how to build rapport keep them engaged and motivate them especially in virtual environments.
You have demonstrated experience in designing developing and delivering a variety of virtual skill building programs.
You work well as part of a national team and build strong professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You bring strong organisational administrative and computer skills along with the ability to problem solve prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
