THE WORK: Were on the lookout for a Project Manager whos great at leading techfocused projects and keeping clients genuinely happy. Youll guide teams make sure delivery stays on track and build strong relationships with everyone from senior leaders to ontheground teams. Youll help shape business cases roadmaps and change plans and bring solid experience across the full project lifecycle bonus points if youve worked in supplychain or resources/energy environments. If youre someone who can think strategically solve problems on the fly and enjoy working in a consulting setting youll fit right in.

RoleResponsibilities

Leading Engagements

• Project leadership of consulting engagements with our existing and target clients

• Ensure engagement delivers the business outcomes to the satisfaction of the client and therefore develop a sustainablebusiness relationship

• Provide quality assurance and delivery assurance across engagement to ensure a referenceable result for the client

• Mentor team to develop and achieve the optimised results for the client

Thought Leadership

• Experience in supply-chain driven industries in roles that relate to concept of operations business process and/or technology

Build Relationships

• Build relationships by engaging with sponsors stakeholders and senior management as well as with operational teams in the client environment.

• Support building a high performing team of consultants acrosseach engagement

• Demonstrated track record in the industry with a strong relationship network across client practitioner and partner communities

Key Criteria

• Must have extensive experience and knowledge in delivery of projects relating to the day-to-day systems and processes in the technology systems domain. Experience with resources / energy sector systems is a plus.

• Experience across the project lifecycle across all methodologies with a particular focus on delivering the required client outcome

• Demonstrated experience building roadmaps to sound and robust business cases selecting the best product based on customers requirements ensuring the project is adequately designed and planned for execution

• Ability to develop document articulate and present the business case and value proposition to stakeholders at all business levels

• Develop and executerobust concept of operation and change management plans to ensure sustained operational readiness

• Experience operating in an advisory / consulting capacity with sound analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills
