Whats the role
Westpac is seeking a Manager for Business Controls and Monitoring to support 1LOD risk and control activities for People (HR) division.
Youll be a trusted risk and control expert strengthening the People division control environment.
In this role youll lead incident verification assessing and mitigating risks related to People function and completing control selfassessments including supporting risk profile assessments. This role supports the traditional HR functions partnering with business to identify manage and mitigate across run and change businesses
Youll provide risk support that continues to support pro-active risk culture and strengthen the risk and controls to support People business functions across run and change initiatives. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with flexibility to support worklife balance. (2 days in the office).
