Job Summary
- Seeking a new superstar to join our Wash Bay/Yard team
- Learn the ins and outs of a wide variety of machinery and equipment
- Family owned and operated company
We are looking for a new full-time Equipment Care star to join the HireWays team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our machines and equipment are in excellent working condition and clean ready to be hired.
In this role you will learn the ins and outs of a wide variety of machinery and equipment. Training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team where your skills are recognised and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing machinery and equipment for hire.
- Checks for any equipment faults and fixes minor faults upon return.
- Keeps the yard clean and tidy.
Skills/Experience Required:
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a team player that enjoys getting stuck in
- Be self-motivated and a quick learner
- Have a great eye for detail
- Great communication skills
- Have your full New Zealand drivers license
- Experience working with operating machinery (advantageous)
