Reporting to the Customer Success Manager the Customer Service Representative is responsible for working collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support e.g. answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.
This position is part of the Operations Team located Malaysia remotely
In this role a typical day will look like:
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for working collaboratively with the Water Quality team to process and manage sales orders and customer support e.g. answer telephone and provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries. The ideal candidate is energetic passionate in serving every customer and has good experience in managing customer relationship.
This position is part of the Operations Team located Malaysia remotely.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Handle incoming calls emails and chat messages from customers addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Assist customers with placing orders processing returns and handling any related transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database ensuring all interactions are documented.
Work closely with other departments such as sales and technical support to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
Liaise with Supply Chain department to ensure accurate information is provided on product availability dispatch dates and shipping status.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education bachelors degree or Diploma in a business related or science discipline
Work experience: 2-3 years customer service/support experience in a commercial (preferably B2B/multinational) organization
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce/Oracle/SAP a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
