Job Summary
Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking a dedicated and experienced New Car Desk Manager to join our team in Moss Point this role you will be responsible for overseeing the new car sales process ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance to meet and exceed dealership goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a keen eye for detail and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the new car sales desk.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to customers.
- Facilitate communication between sales finance and service departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle inventory pricing and manufacturer incentives.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coach and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or management preferably in a new car desk role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
