Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Bob Boyte Honda in Moss Point MS. This role requires a leader who is passionate about automotive sales and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service while driving dealership growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost new and used vehicle sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage sales reporting and track performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Train coach and support sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to service excellence.
- Familiarity with Chevy vehicles and the local Biloxi market is a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
