Required Qualifications
valid State of Missouri Professional Nurse License; masters degree in nursing from an accredited institution; evidence of or demonstrated potential for teaching effectiveness in nursing; strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to collegiality within the learning community.
Preferred Qualifications
a completed terminal degree in nursing or a closely related field; two or more years of experience as a registered nurse; ability to teach other related courses within the department; ability to teach courses within the universitys Dialogues curriculum as scheduling allows.
