How Youll Make an Impact
Identify assess and qualify new suppliers
Conduct audits and evaluate manufacturing capabilities
Lead improvement efforts in quality cost and delivery
Support suppliers on engineering requirements and processes
Drive rootcause analysis and corrective actions
Manage supplier development projects and timelines
Build collaborative supplier relationships
Prepare performance reports and development documentation
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Masters a plus)
5 years in supplier development quality or supply chain engineering
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
Skilled in structured problem-solving
Project management experience
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
