Job Summary
Product Engineer - San Francisco CA (Onsite)
We are looking for a Product Engineer with any level of experience to join our core team. We are looking for tasteful craft-oriented engineers who are clear communicators thoughtful product thinkers and care about unlocking more agents for society. You will be a core part of our team helping us move faster and build a team messaging platform thats better architected for agent coworkers.
What will you be doing
- Work on either the agent and memory infrastructure or the core messaging experience.
- Contribute to deep frontier-level work on memory systems in close collaboration with partners like Anthropic.
- Develop core UI/UX messaging features such as audio/video components (like Jams) generative UI and transcription/diarization.
- Use Ando every day give blunt feedback and turn it into product improvements.
- Raise our bar for engineering craft and help with recruiting.
Two Tracks (both open)
- Agent & Memory Infra deep work on memory systems agent architecture some research-adjacent problems
- Core Messaging Experience generative UI real-time messaging features like their Huddle equivalent (Jams) with audio/video/transcription
Full stack is preferred across both but back-end or front-end leaning is okay depending on the track.
