Job Summary
We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU) where we work with our stakeholders to create sustainable transport solutions for the community and we care for our staff and provide a great place to work.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of various building services systems for the new railway projects
- Assist in project management including planning budgeting tendering risk management programme and cost control quality and safety management as well as change management
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders and government departments to accomplish seamless technical and programme interfaces
- Review contractors submissions including design installation method statement testing and commissioning submissions
- Supervise installation testing and commissioning activities for E&M systems
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years experience in managing the design construction testing and commissioning of E&M systems
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Open-minded proactive and eager to promote innovative work initiatives and partnership
- Conversant with BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD Navisworks familiar with the latest engineering technology and analysis such as power system load flow simulations and power system protection coordination studies are preferred
- Experience in multi-disciplinary railway projects or other mega infrastructure project is an advantage
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
