A dental practice in the Lexington area is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist to join its clinical team. The office provides a consistent patient flow modern dental technology and a knowledgeable support team that helps ensure smooth daily operations. Providers are able to focus on patient care build strong relationships with families and practice dentistry in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental services for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Perform preventive and restorative procedures such as exams cleanings fillings and routine treatments
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients and families about oral hygiene and recommended care
- Collaborate with dental assistants hygienists and administrative staff to support efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Uphold professional ethical and patient-centered standards of care
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Eligibility for dental licensure in the state of South Carolina
- Experience working with pediatric or adolescent patients preferred
- Comfortable performing routine preventive and restorative procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality dental care and positive patient experiences
