Anderson Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a proven General Manager to take ownership of our Cleveland market (Mentor and Warrensville Heights). This is not a maintenance role-were looking for someone who can accelerate growth raise the bar and push the team to the next level.
Youll have full P&L responsibility and the autonomy to run the business with the expectation that you deliver measurable results across revenue margin and customer experience.
What Youll Own
Full P&L responsibility-drive revenue profitability and operational efficiency
Lead from the front-build coach and hold accountable a team of leaders and technicians
Establish a performance-driven culture centered on metrics accountability and execution
Push sales service and install teams to consistently hit and exceed targets
Identify gaps fix them fast and continuously improve operations
Scale the business-expand existing trades and launch new service offerings
Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy and execute at a high level
Build a deep bench of talent-develop leaders elevate technicians and create career paths
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals
What It Takes to Win
5 years of leadership experience ideally in residential home services or trades
Proven track record of driving growth and improving performance in a multi-site or multi-trade environment
Relentless high-energy leadership style-you set the pace and expect others to keep up
Strong financial and operational instincts-you understand the numbers and act on them
Experience managing through KPIs dashboards and data-driven decision making
Ability to coach leaders and technicians at all levels and build accountability into the culture
Familiarity with Nexstar and ServiceTitan is a strong plus
