Were looking for a product designer who takes ownership.

You dont wait for perfectly defined tickets. You notice friction ask thoughtful questions and work with product and engineering to improve real workflows. Youre comfortable operating in evolving environments and can bring clarity to ambiguity.

You care about usability more than decoration. You think in systems and flows not just screens.

What Youll Do

• Own UX for specific products within the Togetherwork portfolio
• Modernize complex or legacy workflows
• Improve clarity usability and accessibility
• Review behavioral analytics (e.g. Pendo) to identify friction and opportunity
• Participate in qualitative user interviews to inform workflow improvements
• Reduce UI inconsistency while respecting technical constraints
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery
• Contribute to and maintain shared design system components including editing patterns refining components and collaborating with other designers to ensure consistency across products where feasible.

Youll work in an environment where teams are being built processes are maturing and standards are still evolving. Youll collaborate with distributed teammates and play a role in shaping how we operate going forward.

What Youll Bring

Experience

• 35 years of product design experience
• Experience shipping features in SaaS or complex workflow-driven software
• Demonstrated collaboration with engineering and product management
• Experience working in ambiguous or evolving environments
• Strong UX thinking beyond visual polish
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional groups.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools (e.g. generative UI AI prototyping workflow automation) to accelerate exploration prototype rapidly for alignment and improve personal or team velocity.

Portfolio Requirements

• Complex product or SaaS workflows
• Clear problem framing and constraints
• Tradeoffs made in collaboration with engineering or product
• Evidence of shipped work (not speculative redesigns)
• Examples of systems thinking (patterns reusable components interaction logic)
• Demonstrated AI-assisted workflows in your process
