Job Summary
Design & Drafting
- Lead the creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Translate sketches concepts and client requirements into production-ready designs
- Prepare CNC-ready layouts and DXF files for manufacturing
- Ensure all drawings meet technical manufacturing and quality standards
Operations & Process Improvement
- Own and maintain drawing standards templates and best practices
- Ensure accuracy consistency and efficiency across all design outputs
- Collaborate closely with production teams to optimize workflows and execution
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key technical point of contact for clients and distributors
- Coordinate design requirements and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clear professional communication across internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience
- Producing full drawing sets (WSDs)
- 3-5 SolidWorks AutoCAD required
- Preferred IT experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Familiarity with generating files for CNC cutting machines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently

Additional Information :
Salary: $70000-$75000
