DescriptionThe Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join Euroclears Sales and Client & Relationship Management division based in Paris with responsibility for managing and growing client relationships across the French market.
In this role you will own a diversified portfolio of clients across multiple business segments and act as a trusted partner combining deep relationship management with a strong commercial mindset. You will play a key role in developing revenues identifying new business opportunities and positioning Euroclear as a strategic longterm partner to your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of French clients across relevant business segments
- Build strong longterm relationships with clients at multiple organizational levels including senior stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of clients business models market context and strategic priorities
- Identify client needs challenges and opportunities and position Euroclear solutions accordingly
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing client base
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the acquisition of new clients
- Protect and grow existing revenues while identifying business at risk
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical client issues ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (BDMs Product Operations Legal etc.) to deliver client solutions
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Sales and Relationship Management tools
- Represent Euroclear in client meetings industry events and strategic discussions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management within Financial Services
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue growth and client value
- Experience engaging in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- Solid understanding of Banking Investment Funds or Financial Market Infrastructure environments
- Ability to manage priorities and perform under time pressure (e.g. senior management briefings)
- Strong client focus with the ability to adapt to different client sensitivities and expectations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Highly organized autonomous and resultsoriented with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
