Working as part of a cross-functional team you lead the RDQ activitiesto complete new product development andmaintainportfolios and/or productivity projects keeping in mind the goal to deliver the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
You will work independently to plan lead and coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ marketing and manufacturing requirementsYou will also lead activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation and pilot plant scale up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You will be involvedwith/leadprocess design and specifications process scale-up andcommissioningand will ensure the effective use of resources including the use of external agencies. This position requires you to manage stakeholders and to influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results; create andmaintainaccurateconsumer centric process specifications; leverage connections to internal and external technical communitiesand;create intellectual property that gives Mondelēz International a competitive advantage. .

Plan and conduct process development activities including process design and specifications heat and mass balance process scale-up commissioning technical risk assessments and create andmaintainaccurateconsumer centric process specifications.
Writingtechnical reports making recommendations and influencing decisions based on analysis and interpretation of data.
Working in teams and independently withappropriate guidance.
Prioritizing and managing activities.

Travel requirements: Up to20-30%travel
Work schedule: This position is based in East Hanover NJ with a hybrid work model offering a mix of onsite and remote flexibility
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $86900 to $119515; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
