Job Summary
ALEE is currently hiring a BCBA for our Clinical Intensive Program!At Alee Behavioral Healthcare we are passionate about providing the very best therapy services for children with autism and related disorders. We are a behavioral healthcare organization that specializes in autism therapy. We also provide expert speech and occupational therapies to all our ABA clients. Our multidisciplinary holistic approach gives each child the best chance to realize their full are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team and provide in-clinic ABA therapy services to preschool-aged children (2-6 years old).About the Position:This is a full-time on-site position with hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (client interaction typically occurs between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).No evenings or weekends!You will primarily utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies to create effective programming for each are seeking a BCBA with a strong foundation and a willingness to learn and implement additional evidence-based assessments and practices such as:Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)Socially Savvy (SS)PEAKYou will report directly to the Clinical Operations Manager (a BCBA!) and collaborate closely with on-site Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to ensure a holistic approach to each childs you are a passionate BCBA looking to make a positive difference in the lives of children with autism we encourage you to apply!Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Strong understanding and application of ABA principles including to learn and implement additional evidence-based assessments and practices (ESDM SS PEAK).Excellent written and verbal communication and patient demeanor with a passion for helping children to work collaboratively within a team Degree in Applied Behavioral AnalysisDepartment of Health License in the State of MassachusettsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACBStrong communication interpersonal organization presentation problem-solving and multitasking skills are requiredResponsibilities:Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment direct 1:1 therapy to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Writing progress reports and submitting documentation to insurance companies (well provide comprehensive training!).Caregiver Training and CollaborationPrepare reports- VBMAPP Assessment and Evaluation Report Summary Discharge Insurance assessments on new clients and monitoring functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plansUtilize criterion-based assessments (VB-MAPP AFLS) and oversee VBMAPP Assessment/AFLS AssessmentEffectively communicating with outside agencies/service providersAbility to communicate knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Ethical Standards in Behavior AnalysisEvaluates new programs and check for effectiveness and trains appropriate staff on programsAttends related meetings to ensure consistency accuracy and that clients program is on targetIntensive data taking and other duties as assignedMost importantly we seek compassionate dedicated individuals who love working with children and making a difference.
