What Were Looking For:
Midland Ford Lincolnis seeking an Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair department. This role is responsible for repairing vehicle body damage to manufacturer and dealership standards. The ideal candidate has at least one to two years of hands on body shop or collision repair experience and is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Use approved repair materials and techniques
- Make sure that all repairs are done to OEM standards
- Tear down vehicles and communicate supplemental damage to estimator.
- Make good use of time and be able to multitask
- Quality check vehicle after repair
- Measure pull and repair structural damage
- Repair aluminum
- Motivates and retains quality repairs
Qualifications
- State certified I-CAR trained
- 2-years experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be self motivated
- Must exhibit teamwork qualities
- Shows Initiative
