Overview:
Were looking for Production Leaders who can lead from the floor. Youll oversee day-to-day production operations manage schedules coach your team and ensure our products meet quality standards all while being actively involved in the work itself. This isnt a desk job; its for people who love building problem-solving and getting things done.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the production process and workflow for your team working side by side with them to get things built.
- Plan organize and coordinate workload to ensure materials are ready and projects are completed on time on budget and to quality standards.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings assign tasks and ensure activities are safe clear and measurable.
- Supervise schedules review timecards and manage attendance and performance issues in coordination with HR.
- Train and mentor team members including safe and effective use of equipment and PPE.
- Ensure equipment and tools are maintained and repaired to avoid downtime.
- Track production progress and report updates to leadership.
- Manage product quality track defects and coordinate repairs or adjustments with other production teams.
- Enforce safety policies quality standards and company culture on the floor.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience in construction manufacturing or production including supervising teams while performing the work yourself.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead train and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field preferred but hands-on experience is highly valued.
