Job Summary

Morristown Nissan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Morristown this role you will oversee all aspects of the service department to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will lead the service team manage workflow and ensure that high-quality service and repair work is delivered consistently to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the service team to meet or exceed service department goals.
  • Manage daily operations of the service department including scheduling workflow and customer service.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding service status and vehicle repairs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective service processes and procedures.
  • Monitor departmental performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other dealership departments to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of vehicle service operations repairs and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with Xtime and Automate automotive service management software is a plus.
