Supports the markets in everything related to the sales orders tracking progress and intervening as needed to ensure timely processing and address any potential issues
Your role:
Reviews and validates sales order data upon receipt ensuring all information is accurate and complete to maintain high processing standards

Promptly confirms order details to customers providing clear communication regarding expected delivery timelines to enhance customer satisfaction.
As a Global Business System based in Varginha help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations
Supports various requests in accordance with established protocols including creating approved product return orders handling credits and debits and carefully assessing delivery options and schedules to meet customer needs effectively
Youre the right fit if:
Bachelors degree in administrative fields.
1 year of experience in customer service ideally within medical devices or regulated industry
Your skills include Advanced English (B2 C1) Intermediate/Advance Excel skills effective communication and stakeholder management.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role.
