What youll do
Helping to support operational and supply chain strategy across material planning youll be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw and auxiliary materials maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting the execution of the production plan. Youll also collaborate closely with Production Procurement and Formulation teams to anticipate bottlenecks align planning parameters and ensure smooth and costeffective operations across the plant.
Who were looking for
Were looking for someone who is responsible accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is confident and credible with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced operational environment. Experience in material planning supply chain production planning or a related area is preferred.
Youll also need:
A relevant bachelors degree (e.g. Supply Chain Engineering Operations Management)
Experience working with ERP/MRP or planning systems
Strong analytical and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders
A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve planning processes
