About The Opportunity
Asa Customer SuccessConsultant you will be delivering a new layer of support by providingall ofour previously unmanaged clients with access to Customer Success. TheCSC memberwill drive adoptiongrowthand retention by conductingtravel programreviews troubleshooting issues providingadditionaltraining & support and answering general inquiries as needed.
The CSCs on this team will need to be part coach project manager consultanttech-savvyand product expert. You will be continually focused on helping our customers improve their travel program andmeet their goals as a believe that by helping our customers achieve their goalswe will organicallyearncustomer loyalty and drive year-over-year retention.Success is measured by meeting& exceedingestablished KPIs.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $84975. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
