Role: IT Business Analyst for Global Medical Affairs
Location: Krakow 3 days/week onsite
Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow this is an exciting opportunity to join Galdermas growing IT presence in Poland as an IT System Owner within our R&D function.
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst who will act as the IT System Owner for a portfolio of Medical Affairs platforms partnering globally with stakeholders to ensure systems are compliant scalable and aligned to business strategy.
Operating at the intersection of business and technology you will translate Medical Affairs needs into robust IT solutions working in close alignment with the roadmap. You will contribute to the optimisation and governance of key platforms including Veeva and Salesforce which support Medical Information Scientific Engagement Medical Content Field Medical (MSLs) and non-interventional activities.
Working within a complex and highly regulated environment you will ensure solutions are audit-ready operationally effective and continuously improved. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong domain expertise and the ability to confidently navigate across IT compliance and vendor partners to drive efficiency and consistency across Medical Affairs globally.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with Medical Affairs stakeholders to gather shape and translate business needs into clear compliant IT requirements.
Lead workshops and working sessions to align on scope priorities and solution design.
Support and optimize key Medical Affairs processes including Medical Information Medical Content Field Medical (MSLs) scientific events non-interventional studies and grants management.
Contribute to the implementation enhancement and integration of systems supporting Medical Affairs working with IT teams and external vendors.
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards (GxP PV GDPR) and support validation and audit readiness.
Act as a trusted interface between business IT QA PV Clinical and Regulatory proactively identifying risks and driving resolution.
Support project delivery manage dependencies and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across Medical Affairs platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Life Sciences Computer Science or a related field.
510 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical biotech or life sciences industry.
Proven hands-on experience with Veeva CRM Veeva MedComms Veeva PromoMats and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong experience supporting Medical Affairs or closely related domains such as Pharmacovigilance Regulatory Clinical or Commercial Medical.
Solid experience working in regulated (GxP) environments and with validated systems.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IT systems and complex system integrations.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and operating in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
