As our Probity Advisoryoullplay a critical role in upholding the integrity transparency and ethical standards that sit at the heart of Aurecons work.

Youllpartner with project teamsleadersand stakeholders across Australia helping them navigate probity and conflictofinterest requirements across our work-winning and delivery activities.This is a role with high autonomy-youllbe trusted toprovideindependent advice manage risk and support our people in making sound fair and compliant decisions.

Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life:

• Provide clear and practical probity and conflict-of-interest advice to leaders and project teams

• Manage Aurecons Conflicts of Interest and Probity Management processes

• Conduct probity and COI risk assessments acrosstenders and projects

• Draft and review probity plans to ensure they are fit for purpose

• Conduct probitycompliance activitiesandidentifyopportunities for improvement

• Support and manage employee COI declarations

• Help project teams navigate government procurement probity requirements

• Deliver training and uplift capability across the business

Whatwerelooking for:

• Experience in probity procurement audit legal governance or compliance

• Understanding of government orpublicsectorprocurement processes

• Ability to work with high autonomy and confidence

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

• Strong judgment attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

• Tertiary qualifications in law commerce public administration procurement or similar (highly regarded)
