About the role
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager & Automations Lead this senior role shapes the next phase of TWEs enterprise automation capability. This role will see you:
- Define and govern automation architecture standards and delivery models across a global complex environment
- Lead technical direction for UiPath integrating automation with core enterprise systems including ERP platforms
- Provide handson expertise while overseeing vendor delivery ensuring scalable secure and highquality solutions
- Build and uplift internal capability through mentoring guidance and establishing a strong automation community of practice
- Drive measurable business value through robust governance performance monitoring and benefit realisation frameworks
About you
To be successful in this role youll be someone that can effectively engage and share expertise with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and technical capability. Your experience will ensure capability across the below:
- Skilled in enterprise automation architecture and robust solution design
- Advanced UiPath capability with strong technical delivery discipline
- Strong API integration and enterprise system design expertise with broad exposure to ERP environments
- Self-assured in governing vendor automation delivery and quality
- Proficient in Java and/or similar coding languages
- Communicate technical detail clearly to all stakeholders with appropriate ability to differentiate knowledge across wider stakeholder groups
- Mentor others effectively and uplift automation capability
- Collaborative strategic thinker with practical problemsolving ability
