About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Project Manager to join Honeywell in their Building Automation and Services organisation team in Adelaide.

You will lead the delivery of Security BMS Software and Fire projects including Government and Defence work managing multiple projects simultaneously across South Australia and the NT.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring regular on-site engagement to meet customer and Defence requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of service and minor works projects
• Planning scheduling budgeting and financial forecasting
• Contractor and supplier management procurement and compliance
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Site inspections and quality assurance
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Adherence to HSE company policies and Australian Standards

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• 2 years experience in project management
• Experience in construction security BMS or M&E contracting
• Strong organisational communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Australian Citizenship (must be eligible to hold an Australian Government security clearance NV1 classification)

Desirable:

• Defence or Government project experience
• NV1 clearance (or eligibility)
• Engineering qualification
• PMP Certification
