Job Summary
What you will do:
Quality management of BOM (Build of Material) supplier in compliance withNexperia Backend requirement on material Quality and Reliability.
Ensure that material specifications are setup up communicated andorganized.
Align quality requirements with foundries (new products/transfers).
Ensure auditing of BOM suppliers and foundries including planningand execution of annual audit plan.
Management of CIP
Define quality improvement programs for suppliers.
Follow up incidents and drive for structural improvements.
What you will need:
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering physics or chemistry
At least 1-2 years of experience in Semiconductor technologies Quality methods Manufacturing environment and Assembly Engineering.
Experience with Quality standards like ISO IATF AIAG and VDA.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving methodologies.
Excellent communication and interfacing in teams.
Able to cope with changing and challenging environment.
Strong analytical thinking.
Team player.
Able to structure problems and cross-link information.
