Job Descriptions:

Maintain monitoring and review (analyze) monthly balance sheet and profit or loss accounts
Prepare monthly balance sheet listing and reconciliation (including review bank reconciliation) and stand alone financial statement disclosure
Check and review monthly commission
Review monthly aging AR and AP and discuss with AR and AP Team if any unusual balance noted or if there is any new transaction
Input monthly and recurring journal transaction (amortisation depreciation adjustment and reclassification)
Prepare supporting documents needed during the external audit
Assist on annual fixed assets physical observation
Assist Ad Hoc Project

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting
Experience in auditing especially from Big 8/KAP/tech companies
Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards (PSAK)
Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft and Google Workspace)
Strong initiative detail-oriented and excellent analytical thinking skills
