Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of one of the most transformative areas in technology. Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars coordinate meetings across global time zones and prioritize scheduling needs with efficiency and discretion. Ensure the executive is well-prepared and focused on the highest-leverage activities.
- Track action items prepare agendas manage follow-ups and support execution of key priorities across the leadership team.
- Serve as a key liaison between Annapurna Labs and internal and external partner organizations.
- Ensure clear and timely communication alignment and progress on shared goals.
- Own logistics for executive travel high-impact meetings including leadership offsites exec reviews customer briefings townhalls and internal forums. Ensure experiences are well-run productive and professionally executed.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anticipate needs act with discretion and demonstrate sound judgment on behalf of the executive.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5 years of senior level leadership support experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience handling administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
