Job Summary
Service Advisor
Were looking for a Service Advisor to be the main point of contact between our customers and service team. Youll greet customers document vehicle concerns communicate technician recommendations and ensure a smooth transparent service experience from start to finish.
Second Shift:
2:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday through Friday)
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Every third Saturday)
Salaried Position plus commission

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and open repair orders
- Communicate technician recommendations
- Present estimates and get service approvals
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Coordinate drop-off and pickup
- Close out service tickets and review work performed
Qualifications
- 13 years in a dealership or service role
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with DMS software (a plus)
- Valid drivers license
