Job Summary:
Come and join us! The Consultant position is responsible for the delivery of implementation services for NetSuite with the rest of implementation team this position needs assess customer needs and develop innovative solutions to solve their problems and implement these solutions to the customers satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation services to new and existing customer
- Document and validate customers business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
- Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customers business requirements
- Conduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors
- Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for acquiring solutions
- Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
- Ability to resolve routine issues per defined parameters and procedures and advance when vital
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
- 12 years experience in systems applications consulting either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/Supply Chain Management
- Some consulting experience with Oracle Fusion SAP Microsoft NetSuite will be a plus.
- Ability to effectively implement an ERP or Ecommerce Solution
- Understanding of common industry standard business practices such as ERP SFA/CRM or Ecommerce
- Customer relationship competence and strong consulting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills fluent English
- Amenable to work onsite clients around 50%.

Responsibilities
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices product knowledge and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
