Description

Hotstart designs manufacturers and sells innovative thermal management solutions for customers in a variety of industrial equipment markets. We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team in Spokane WA. We are searching for a highly motivated candidate to provide timely and effective support to our customers.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phones and emails in a fast paced environment and help customers with product info pricing availability new orders order status and troubleshooting

Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Coordinate internally with engineering production and quality assurance to assist customers

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution

Support Market Managers by working closely on major accounts assisting with new products and new sales opportunities

Contribute to team effort by accepting additional customer and/or system related responsibilities as necessary

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

PC skills (including MS Word Excel and Outlook)

Prior experience working within an ERP or CRM system is highly desirable

Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize

Possess strong problem-solving skills

Motivated to learn about all aspects of Hotstart products applications and markets

Great attitude and lots of enthusiasm

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service background

Knowledge of diesel engines/equipment/trucks electricity and mechanical aptitude is a plus
