Location: Porto Portugal
Only candidates already based in Portugal will be considered

A leading company in the Automotive Tech sector is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to strengthen its B2B digital operations and drive excellence across integrated order-to-cash processes.
If you have hands-on experience with SAP EDI integrations and B2B e-commerce platforms and enjoy working at the intersection of technology supply chain and digital transformation this opportunity is for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Configure operate and continuously optimize B2B E-Commerce platforms
- Manage digital data exchange between suppliers distributors and partners
- Support partner onboarding and system integrations
- Analyze and troubleshoot EDI/B2B messages (ORDERS DESADV INVOIC)
- Ensure data accuracy across end-to-end order delivery and invoicing processes
- Maintain and improve product order and catalog data
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for digital workflows across ordering logistics and invoicing
What Were Looking For
Experience
- 2 years in E-Commerce operations B2B integrations SAP order management or similar digital environments
- Experience with ERP and E-Commerce system integration
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP (SD MM or integration modules)
- Experience with EDI / structured B2B message formats
- Familiarity with API integrations and digital communication workflows
- Understanding of supply chain logistics and order-to-cash processes
- Project management skills including documentation and process design
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on workflow optimization
Soft Skills
- Excellent collaboration across IT Sales Supply Chain and Customer Service
- Structured analytical and solution-oriented approach
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Languages Required
- Portuguese: Native
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- German: Nice to have
