What is the role
Join our dynamic team as the Customer Service Representative.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the order process from beginning to the end ensuring client satisfaction using problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
You will play a vital part in building strong customer relationships supporting our expansion and gaining comprehensive insight and growth alongside our company.
The person in this role is responsible for working closely with colleagues from the Commercial Supply Chain Regulatory Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure our global partners receive orders in a timely manner ensuring all customer needs and
expectations are met.

What are the key responsibilities
Order Management Process all orders and queries efficiently and coordinate with operations supply chain and sales team to resolve customer issues efficiently
Dealing with customer queries acting as the main point of contact for Customer Service
Work within Product guidelines and restrictions
Assist with reporting key performance indicators including on time delivery (OTIFs)
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
Be responsible for reporting internal/external communication as directed
Contributing to process improvements where possible
Support for Ireland Direct Customer Service as necessary
Any other duties at the request of your manager

What education and experience are required
A minimum of a third level diploma in Business Studies or similar or equivalent of 3 years experience in a similar position
Strong business acumen in adherence to internal and external expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and Customer Management Systems (ERP)
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Ability to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
Demonstrate ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner.

What key skills will make you great at the role
Attention to detail is essential
Strong IT skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint Excel Word and Outlook advantageous
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and in a personable manner
Familiarity with compliance or regulated environments (e.g. ISO MDR GDPR)
The ability to work effectively as part of a team is critical to this position
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
Demonstrate ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner
Adaptable multitasking approach to work and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team
