Are you a CAD Manager looking for a fresh challenge a chance to lead a team working on multiple big engineering projects
Or are you ready to take the step up into management and lead a CAD team working on major engineering projects
Engenda Group are looking for a CAD Manager to head up a small dedicated team delivering design support across petrochemical wastewater power and energy projects.
No two days are the same and youll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

This isnt just a desk based role youll also get out on site to see projects first hand working directly with management teams giving you visibility and support at every stage.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and developing the CAD team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Overseeing the effective use of CAD tools and processes (Laser Scan Point Cloud Revit BIM).
- Maintaining and enforcing design standards and best practices.
- Acting as a link between CAD design engineering and project management.
- Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations project timelines and internal quality standards.
