Nursery Practitioner Up to 13.50

The nursery provides a carefully designed environment where children explore play and develop across all areas of learning. As a Nursery Practitioner youll work directly with children to deliver activities observe and support their progress and help maintain a safe engaging and stimulating environment throughout the day. This is a full-time all year round position within an Outstanding Ofsted-rated setting.

Before You Apply

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
  • You must have recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • This role is not suitable for candidates without experience working directly with children.

What Youll Need

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to work confidently as part of a team and engage directly with children

What Youll Do

  • Deliver daily activities that support childrens learning and development
  • Observe and record childrens progress and milestones
  • Assist with planning and implementing EYFS-focused activities
  • Maintain safeguarding health and safety and ratio compliance
  • Support colleagues in providing a high-quality learning environment
  • Build professional relationships with parents and carers
