Were looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team in Barcelona. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone email and social media addressing delivery issues product questions refunds and payment matters.
This dynamic role requires adaptability and a customer-focused approach to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely accurate solutions
- Educate customers on product usage updates and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases
Requirements:
- Proficient or bilingual level of Dutch (C2)
- Advanced level of English (B2/C1)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales (preferably in a luxury brand)
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
What We Offer:
- Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
- Salary package: 21376 gross/year
- Performance bonus: up to 3000 gross/year
