About the Role:
As the Wellbeing and Restorative Care Manager you will provide strategic and operational leadership to Lifestyle Coordinators Lifestyle Officers and the wider workforce to deliver a holistic evidence-based wellness and restorative care program across RMCLHN. Your work will promote a rights-based person-centred approach that enhances physical cognitive social and emotional wellbeing for individuals and groups in care.
You will be responsible for developing coordinating and implementing a consistent and sustainable one service model of wellbeing and restorative care ensuring alignment with RMCLHNs values and strategic intent. Through mentorship education and training youll build workforce capability and inspire staff to deliver high-quality creative and engaging programs that support peoples choices dignity and quality of life.
In this leadership role youll also drive the continuous improvement of systems practices and governance processes to ensure safe effective and person-centred care across all wellbeing and restorative initiatives.
