Job Summary

The Program Manager is a key member of the RSA Education team responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and delivery of education programs across customers partners and internal teams. This role ensures alignment across curriculum development training delivery and operational execution while driving efficiency scalability and continuous improvement.
RSA Education delivers training in multiple modalities to enable learners to strengthen their security expertise and maximize the value of RSA solutions.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the RSA Education program portfolio ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Plan coordinate track and deliver education programs and projects to successful completion.
- Manage the curriculum development lifecycle including timelines dependencies and resource allocation.
- Coordinate training scheduling and allocation in close collaboration with instructors and operations teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communications proactively managing risks issues and dependencies.
- Partner with customers internal stakeholders and sales teams to identify and fulfill training needs.
- Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to identify training growth and expansion opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across RSA Education processes methodologies templates and best practices.
- Maintain clear visibility into program status milestones capacity and resource utilization.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience with total 6 years of experience.
- Strong experience in resource planning scheduling allocation and conflict management preferably in a technical or services environment.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent organizational communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities work under pressure and clearly communicate trade-offs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Education & Experience:
- Experience in education training coordination or learning services.
- Familiarity with instructional design processes principles and methodologies
- Exposure to program or portfolio management within services enablement or education organizations.
