This role ensures accurate receipt inspection storage and shipment of goods and materials in a fast-paced manufacturing : $19.32/hr- $25.04/hrHours: 7am-3:30pmEssential Duties/Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Prepare verify and process shipping documentation (e.g. packing lists bills of lading shipping labels).Schedule and coordinate shipments with freight carriers couriers or customers to ensure on-time and label plastic products according to customer specifications and industry that outgoing shipments meet quality control and accuracy standards before trucks using forklifts pallet jacks or other material handling equipment while adhering to safety special projects as and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure and report damaged or missing inventory to the appropriate and store raw materials (resins additives packaging materials) and production supplies in designated closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of accurate records of shipments receipts and inventory using ERP or warehouse management cycle counts and physical inventory checks as in maintaining proper warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure an efficient all OSHA DOT and company safety regulations for material handling shipping and forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification preferred).Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations if Skills/Abilities:Perseverance: Pursues everything with energy drive and a need to : Uses resources effectively and Management: Values time uses his/her time effectively and Focus: Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers and gains their trust and : Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including executive Relationships: Is seen as a team player and is and Trust: Admits mistakes and is seen as a direct truthful and Experience:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentMinimum 3-5 years related experience in warehouse understanding of to read and write written and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal skills and organizational to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and in Microsoft Office with focus on Microsoft Excel and Word Infor Syteline experience a knowledge of ERP/MRP Software Systems. UPS/FedEx SoftwareForklift Certification will be required as part of employment including Electric Pallet Jack. Able to pass CO DOT non-CDL certification. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended working in various environmental conditions including noise heat cold and exposure to to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses gloves and ear protection when on the manufacturing floor.
