Job Title: Retail Fixture & Equipment Coordinator - Hybrid
Duration (Contract): 5-6 Months

Job Description:
As a Retail Fixture & Equipment Coordinator you are responsible for sourcing purchasing and coordinating the delivery of helium fixtures supplies and equipment required to support optimal operations across retail store locations. This role works closely with suppliers internal partners and cross functional teams to ensure timely execution accurate order fulfillment and smooth delivery to end users. The ideal candidate is highly organized tech savvy responsive and motivated to grow within Client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing and replenishment of helium supplies fixtures and equipment required for retail store operations.
- Track orders and shipments from placement through final delivery; follow up proactively on delays or issues.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails service tickets and instant messages maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams (Store Operations Merchandising Finance etc.) to support execution and delivery to end users.
- Ensure accuracy of orders shipments and documentation across systems.
- Maintain organized records and reporting using Google Docs Excel and internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes communication and execution efficiency.
- Support ongoing store needs while balancing multiple priorities and timelines.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in technology driven environments including Google Docs Google Sheets/Excel and multiple internal systems.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow up skills with attention to detail and accountability.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and customer focused mindset.
- Ability to work cross functionally and build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail operations procurement supply chain or equipment/fixture coordination.
- Familiarity with order tracking logistics coordination or vendor management.
- Experience supporting multi location retail environments.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $25.00 to $27.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
