Job Summary
You will:
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects
- Help with the onboarding process such as preparing welcome packages conducting pre-hire background checks and collecting paperwork
- Contribute to the development and delivery of HR process and materials
- Research and analyze HR best practices and trends
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers and respond to their queries and requests
- Assist with additional HR requirements

- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; consisting of with a minimum of three (3) days in the Houston TX office
- You can work up to 40 hours per week
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 5% of the time for career fairs
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Assist with additional HR requirements that are requested
- You have excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- You enjoy working independently and as part of a team and can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.50 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
